Our Portfolio
We have delivered a range of projects over 30 years, from fast-paced bank refurbishments to complex and intricate restorations of Grade I and II listed buildings. Many of our clients are household names, such as the NHS, Selfridges, Monsoon, Marks & Spencer, Trainline, Avaya, Pfizer and Leeds Castle. Please find some examples of our work below.
Marazzi
Langston has delivered two projects in London for Marazzi, a leading international company in the ceramic tiles sector, including its first flagship showroom in the UK.
Working alongside the main contractor and the concept architect, Langston provided advice early on in the process to help deliver detailed design work and fit out of the flagship store.
Completed in eight weeks, the completed showroom covered 3,500 sq ft and reflected the stylish contemporary appeal of the Marazzi brand, creating the ideal environment for displaying its product range. An extremely high standard of finish was applied throughout and we used bespoke joinery to stock and showcase the vast array of tile options.
Following the successful delivery of the flagship showroom, Langston formed part of the team that delivered its second London showroom in 2018.
Hackett London
Over the years Langston has delivered many projects across the UK for this luxury menswear brand, most notably at One New Change in London’s St Paul’s area.
Hackett recently acquired two adjacent units at the shopping centre, covering a total of 2,500 sq ft. Working to Hackett’s design, we converted the units into a single retail space in six weeks, unifying features such as a bespoke façade and installing a series of eye-catching archways and visual panels.
Within the store, we formed three distinct areas which transitioned from casual wear to personal tailoring. A high-quality finish was applied throughout and details such as oak parquet flooring were installed to reflect the nature of Hackett as a luxury brand.
AXS
In 2017 Langston completed the fit-out of a new workspace for AXS on London’s South Bank. Covering 8,500 sq ft, the new space complements the AXS culture and includes areas to accommodate different working styles.
Collaborative workspaces integrate with open-plan desks, private offices and multimedia meeting rooms. A large tea-point and bar with a pool table and basketball game serves as a social space for staff and clients.
Delivered in eight weeks, the workspace is vibrant , future proof and benefits from amazing views of the city.
Glynde Place
Over 18 months Langston completed restoration works at Glynde Place, a Grade I listed country house in East Sussex.
The Elizabethan house is home to Viscount Hampden and the restoration has preserved the historic features of the building, while allowing it to become a comfortable, 21st-century family home.
Working alongside a large team of professionals, including an architect, structural engineer, mechanical and electrical consultants, quantity surveyor, and interior designers, Langston successfully handed over the project in 2012.

Langston has worked with each of the leading high street banks throughout England, delivering up to 85 banking projects a year.
From flagship fit outs, refreshes and relocations, ATM replacements, signage and closures, Langston has delivered projects large and small.
